firstable, I would make the banner of your forum colorful and more interesting (don't forget you can ask for a banner in our graphic design section)
I would move the forum title in the toolbar to the right (just a bit)

What about making the dark 'lines' in forums lighter?

Maybe you should set "Membros festejando mais um ano de vida nos próximos 15 dia(s)" to 7days? to make the forum clearer?
