          I don't know what it is, but I don't really like these. No offence, but I don't think it'd even match any forum; however, if you added the colors border color with the gradient background and have those the same colors it might look better.

          Overall, I'd rate this 6/10

                But that border with outer glow(if i sayd something wrong correct me) i don't like it!
                Maybe a Drop Shadow(for all rank) and the text with Gradient Overlay ( every text with the color of the rank)
                Hope you understand what i sayd :D
