This tutorial will allow you to see and hide categories just clicking on the icon on the right of the category header

Yes. When the button is pressed, the information "falls out" of the forum, rather than expanding, as shown in this demo. When I checked, that line came up as having a syntax error. Perhaps it is missing a second " mark? I only see one in the code.

If not, then it may be an issue with the forum version. IPB is associated with punBB and I used this on a punBB forum, so this may also be the issue.
